4. Flexible BYO Selection
Choose your preferred beer, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks and approved mixed beverages. In accordance with our responsible-service policy, shots and straight spirits are not permitted.
You can also add a celebratory Champagne Tower and our signature welcome cocktail—the Laurenvale Spritz.
5. Up to Five Hours of Bar Service
Billy’s Bar includes up to five hours of professional beverage service, commencing from 4.30 pm.
6. Complimentary Couples Bar Tab $100
When the Laurenvale celebration concludes, your guests have the option to travel safely by your arranged minibuses or by car to your Aratula Tavern or Commercial Hotel after-party.
1. Friendly RSA Bar Attendants
Our experienced RSA-certified attendants will keep drinks flowing while ensuring your guests are served safely and responsibly throughout your celebration.
2. Beverage Delivery and Chilling
Arrange for your beverages to be delivered early on the morning of your wedding so everything can be chilled and ready before your guests arrive. We suggest considering Dan Murphy’s for convenient ordering and delivery.
3. Complete Setup and Clean-Up
We take care of the bar setup, service, glass collection, washing and pack-down, leaving you free to celebrate with your favourite people.
