An accidental business that grew from engaged Couples seeking a beautiful, spacious, privately owned & operated Wedding Venue in the Scenic Rim, that allowed room to mingle, move between guest tables and where they didn’t have to dance on hard brick & concrete floors. A short drive from the City. So began the remaking of 2 very old Dancehalls.

Blackwood Barn & Ballroom C.1954, has “One of the best sprung dance floors in South East Queensland”.

The not so little Sister, Whitewood Cottage C.1926 is our Wedding Cottage for Brides & Grooms.
